Fought Another Day
You fought with your brothers
Just to see whose the toughest one.
Each and every brother were grabbing the other
Towards the ground.
But every time you've fought,
You were the first one to get slammed.
Years later,
Hanging with your friends, or "homies"
And all of you stay loyal towards one another
One of them gave you a "hit" on this man,
Which mainly means "shoot and kill him"
Grabbed the .49 caliber from your waist
And BANG!
He fell straight down on the concrete,
While you stand over him,
Not thinking that he may had a family of 3,
Supporting his moms at home,
And you killed him, just to stay loyal?
Who were you trying to impress the most,
Your "homies" or towards yourself?
Take that .49 caliber away from you,
And use your hands,
The same hands you used to wrestle with your brothers
And stood back up
Cause you fought another day
Without using weapons.
