Forgive Me For Loving You
My heart aches with pain that weeps,
Like a rose pedal that falls apart at its seams.
Inside I cry and noway to express the way it feels,
No doubt I learn how to conceal.
For you my friend so cold and so bitter.
At times you make me feel,
That I am the one that is withered.
You peck at my shoulders to shut me out,
Of your own little world that is full of doubt.
I gave you my heart my soul I have told.
Yet you do not see? Oh, you poor blind soul!
A path for you that has no ambition,
Noway to grow in all stages of transition.
Confusing as it gets why we separated so far,
With a childlike spirit that kneels down,
And distracted you are.
Great lessons begin of love and understanding,
hold tight you will need a deep apprehending.
Forgive me for loving you.
