Breathing is mostly autonomic by design Dilly, I’m not sure when we have to think about it is a good sign, unless if for exercise or yoga, perhaps you’ve a lot on your mind today, perhaps a nice spa treatment would chill you out, get lost in the moment, cheers David

Haha I wouldn't mind a spa day! I've decided I'm rubbish at breathing, novice maybe. I might have to spend some time with a yogi to teach me.

What to do with breathing. Deep breaths for calmness. Fast breaths for panic. Some cultures like to breathe from the stomach, some from the chest. Breathing like exercise must be practiced.
