For Casarah - What the Psychic Said To Me

I bought a ticket for the lottery, then went to see a psychic, and she said, “The leaves remaining in your cup of tea show the greatest future I’ve yet read! Your ticket for the lottery I see you need to share with somebody whose aura is gold! I see she’s asked for bribery in her contest, and her name’s Casarah! Don’t hesitate to let her know that she will share great wealth with you; she cannot lose. It’s written in the stars. I guarantee it, but your poem as winner she must choose! The money from the lottery will be used by both of you for something great. You’ll publish books that sell successfully. Believe in what I say. This is your fate.” These are the words the psychic said to me. Casarah, are you ready for your fame? (But just in case I lose the lottery, that psychic is the one to take the blame.)

I mean what's with all this bribery and corruption..? anyway congrats on the win..' I warn you however I have strict if not to put (hard) criteria regarding any contest I host, L O L))) just ask a well known writer from Iowa here..' That's if were thinking of placing an entry..' dang she's moved to Utah..' I only just checked, just as well you could have been looking everywhere..!

Pretty Clever Andrea.... Probably one of the best bribes out there, well next to mine of course. Anyways, I hope Casarah is religious and is not buying into your baloney. LOL... Wishing you the best of luck when it comes to placing second... Love LINDA

I really enjoyed the humour in this poem Andrea, but how come psychics don't win every lottery - Lindsay

May the two of you win heaps, and heaps. I've started to compile the poems for my first collection, and am in need of a sponsor. I seem to remember that I have your e-mail address somewhere here...
