Life is most often based on attitude and the decisions we make. We have to work through our probems, not hide from them. If you try to ignore your problems and try to hide from them when you wake up you will most often find they are still there only now they are bigger. They won't just go away. Sometimes we make mistakes and we have to figure them out and solve them , learn from them and move on.
Stress thrives on a bad attitude,
And seems to shrink without it.
Worries and what-if's only claim time.
If we let them they just won't quit.
Shift your focus away from your problems.
Try to see possibilities,
Instead of counting your curses,
And feeling hostility.
Count blessings instead of curses.
Count flowers instead of weeds.
What grows in a garden depends on,
The soil and the type of seeds.
Don't sit amid doubts and troubles,
Under dark clouds of worry and sighs.
We need rain as well as the sunshine,
And soon we'll have warm summer skies.
Thank God for all of His blessings.
Be thankful for that which is yours.
Realize some blessings come in disguise,
And some we must gain through chores.
