I like that contrast of beautiful colors yet decaying. Nicely written, Constance. My footles did not cut it this time with the sponsor. i am at a loss!

Oh, and thought I should add, it is in my Faves! We don't have a true autumn like this. When I was very young and lived in New York, one of my first memories was the fall. I remember the leaf piles in the front yard all raked up, and me and Cousin Johnny threw ourselves into the great big joyful pile and my big brother was madder than a hornet after we had a blast throwing leaves into the air, rolling like puppies!! The air was brisk, You have blessed me with a wonderful memory <3 FAVE!!
