Flowingthroughmysoultofindyou
New storms crash across the summer
through your dreams
lit by your bedside
cupped in hands
I held this morning
look into the lightning's power
see my love for you
unending
breathe the breath
I left you holding
as I kissed your cheek in passing
I can also feel the thunder
wading through this
raging river
flowing through my soul
to find you
someplace we can be
together
maybe
only
in my dreams
