Flawed and Flawless
Flawed, like the last steps of women and men,
Walking towards trouble without a guide,
Still unable to let go of their pride,
Which has always been the source of their sin.
Flawless, like the first step of a child, when
Holding on to those standing by his side.
A small hand looking for a place to hide,
Because he accepts this help with a grin.
Flawed, just like the mistakes made in the past,
Because those foot steps were taken in haste,
Headed in the wrong direction too fast!
Flawless are the feet that just got a taste
Of freedom, while making the moment last,
Since he does not have a moment to waste!
