Flashes From the Room
FLASHES (from The Room)
Flashes!
This Zarathustra image
Spelunker comfy
Smug captive
Alone in the world
The safety element – thought brings warmth
humidity
Walls
Ceiling
But a single window
Yes – always that glance out the window
At what o’clock?
Thought – millions of such rooms
their snug occupants in similar experience
Millions alone in the world
Billions!
Something out of an outer space odyssey –
Mind tied to a silver cord
Floating out there
Alone!
