Fires Dance
Dancing fingers of flame
Sway in the glow of moonlight.
Climbing, leaping, pirouetting dancers
The music only fire hears has
Hypnotized the flames.
When fire dances,
Its joy is obvious to all
Who stand in its presence.
People should share in its joy;
For fire is the keeper of heat;
Without its dance,
Life would only last months.
