thank you for your mindful comments, Gina! I like how you used 'economy of words.' What a poetic phrase. I loved it. Wishing you a blessed day, hugs, Sara

Such a small door into a universe of meaning...quite amazing and brilliant Sara. Envy your skill in distillation. Thankyou for serving up such treats, this one flavoured with a little fear. I used to write haiku, had quite a few published but got side tracked up a path to the long format. Though I confess, a few of Buson's gems bring me to tears like no other poet. Paul

Mr. Paul--your words were mindful and encouraging. Thank you. Interesting that you had a number of short poems published. That's awesome! I'm sure I'll 'graduate' to the longer forms at some point. I'm not familiar with Buson...will check him out thought. Have a pleasant day...and thanks for stopping by. Your visits are much appreciated, Sara

This is so deep and so well written dear Sara, quite literally I’ve seen some loved ones go through this fear of falling after a major fall. Sometimes when we fall and rise we tend to be more careful too afraid we might hit where we did before, i love the winter theme in this and in few words you’ve got me to ponder. Oh and i just read your bio , impressive, you are an inspiration a star! Keep shining always. I can see why we connect, because maybe of our edu background. Sending you sun always

awww...thanks for your visit and your mindful comments, dearest Ink. After I fell a year ago, fracturing my back I developed a fear of falling. I'm over that fear now, but that fear was my inspiration. Glad my words gave you pause...thanks for reading my bio...I'll read yours as well...I think our ed backgrounds have something to do with our connection...maybe we're just kindred poetic spirits? Have a great day, hugs, Sara
