Favorite Things

Heavenly Hash flavored ice cream Ice cold in a big blue bowl Plop on top of fudge brownie So hot it melts like gold Watching the furry gray geese Parade their fluffy chicks So small yet a big deed Bird watching for fun of it Walking in forest with white waterfall Smelling green trees as I do Finding the animals who know it all All good things to eat for food Singing a song with the words wrong Happy for yellow melody Dancing so long with left feet on With tan lover a king to me. Living my life a simple way Drunk on poems magical music Despite the nights I find trying Persevering in lavender life to choose it.

Nobody here is perfect. We are all poets.. we all use different forms and come from different spaces. So what? Don’t put yourself down because I won’t let you. I’ll come after you boo! Acknowledge yourself, Karen, for putting a poem together. There are people here who cannot write a poem do you know that? I don’t think I’m a good poet and that’s my problem I put myself down too much but I think that happens to many people here. Those poets who think that are gods gift to the universe are not…. Pat yourself on the back to be a really excellent poet, Karen, listen for me it takes 10 years. Not a POTD, not a stack of trophies either… just be you and respect yourself…Pangie. Learn how to write metrical poetry. I don’t know it either ….still learning….

Special attention I give to you because your are a poet. But also our simalarities and I think you know it. this piece is so creative It cannot be AI. If you use it would abuse the real you I desire.

If this were AI it'd be better perfect I nearly removed this poem for I see the flaws. I despise AI. As far as your attention I am not worthy. Your comparison is humbling. But you are better. I have weaknesses like add where my poems usually won't be very long. Sometimes my work is too meh...too sing songy. I feel our passion for poetry IS a match though.
