Your Wings Were Ready But My Heart Was Not 11.5 x 11.5" Stencil

There was no farewell, Papa left this world in a second; I knew there were some days he felt not well, did God summon and beckon ? He took the blessed journey to Heaven up above, and now Papa_ I keep you in my heart to love; he comes to me as a white dove ! His teachings and quotes in my soul will always dwell ! I will never forget, our long hikes in tangled trees; this time together I will never, ever regret, I imagine nature's breeze ! Adieu Papa- and meet me at that golden gate, I do not know how ~ and do not know the date; for every person has a fate ! Because of you Papa . . . I have a beautiful mindset ! I visit your grave, to leave a wilted red rose; at times, I imagine your farewell wave, Papa, for awhile my heart froze ! But, your quotes still echo within my soul ! Among the cemetery trees and tombs I often stroll and will ever follow my true north goal ! Papa, one day I will also be a name to engrave ! What a heartfelt poem Constance. Your Papa was a special man that instilled a wonderful mindset in you. How fortunate you are to have a dad like that. A fav for me , for it reminded me of my dad Rene who I lost in 2021. He meant the world to me but I know he is in heaven... God bless you Constance for writing this truth of where we who believe in Christ go to.
