FALSE IMPRISONMENT IN KENYA Gladys, a woman in mid Kenya An orphan, woman farmer with two children Opened the door to an old friend She hadn’t seen for many years The friend left Her case in a closet to be collected at a later date The police came That case, forgotten by Gladys in the busy life of farming.... Contained possessions of a dead man--murdered-- Jail is cruel in Africa She was beaten and abused by police Slept on cement for six months Eating wormy gruel Had one visitor her lawyer after she was sentenced. told her she should have raised her hand to tell the judge The TRUTH but , sorry, now it was too late the case was closed and no appeal. Gladys says her Bible Saved her life.
