Fall (And Wait)
Goodnight cheer.
Goodnight heavenly sadness.
Goodnight night.
Because every name is borrowed
And every God is given.
We wave "bye" and smile,
We see joy, and watch.
Fall with the fallen fall leaves
And wait.
We wait awhile.
