Facing My Fear
I faced my fear and
Stared it down; much easier
To do in dreams than awake.
When it came to me
In wakefulness, I battled
For ten years but, I still won.
The reason I won
Was because fear is a big
Coward lacking its
Courage; it cannot stare you
Down because it is afraid.
Remember that and
The next encounter with fear,
Will garner you the trophy.
