I like this poem and can relate. My biological clock it set for 3a.m. Period.))would prefer sleeping later but can't do it anymore. And yes, I go to bed early. I tried staying up late last night! My inner clock is now set at three Panagiota

I love it too but it is happening less often than ever. The worst is needing to rush for early morning appointments.
