Evolution
In the darkness there is a flaming light
illuminating just one shedding tear;
The state of the world is in such a plight,
are we really doing anything here?
‘Evolution’ shines and glows in the night,
a single word carved in to ease a fear;
Simply watch the message in the eyes burn,
so wise an enlightened jack ‘o lantern.
