Every Moment

*Inspired by poem from Quoth TheRaven Every moment lived, we can never get back So memories fill gaps to things we may lack Every second, moment and hour are a gift Like sand through our fingers, will continue to sift Sometimes we may wander, no clear direction in sight Followed by the unstoppable darkness of night Maybe, our dreams will show us the way Or the sunrise will bring clarity in a bright new day One thing is for certain, you will never see… A gift left unwrapped, holding what is meant to be Heidi Sands 5/4/21
