Every Action Matters
Act as if your actions matter
you have no idea
how much they really do
It’s a slippery slope
when you decide
you’re not worth
giving your best effort
You deserve
to get up early
to take in the sunrise
You deserve putting on
your best runners to
walk along the parkway
You deserve to take
a few moments
to stop for that
perfect nature photo
You deserve walking
an extra five minutes
to eat your lunch
by the beach
You deserve to stop
everything for a half-hour
to soak in a bath
You deserve
turning off the lights
to sit and meditate
by candlelight
You deserve to love yourself
because you truly are
your own best friend
