I'm still pounding that rock And the slope is just getting worse Just like I had predicted I had reached neutral ground and I believed I could pause and relax I saw a road that went right into the sky So that's what the sweet by and by means Oh, I was duped, I could weep You continue on your path or the rock falls on you again You will die anyway
