Reflected in the moon’s soft glow, A silent thought, reassuring Moments caught by a lullaby, Soft and soothing, gentling the colors, Faded beneath the still, cool skies… Whispers of faith flow through the nocturnal, Dreary is the fate of those who don’t know Him, The light of the heart, the light of the spirit, The wonder of life, the promise of eternity… Wherever I go, whatever I do… There is this love that challenges the doubt, Calms my trembling heart and silences my fears, Wipes away the tears that trace shadows along my breath, Stilling the moments who abide to free me of regret, Moments of hope when peace kindles the grace… Grace that knows a way where no way has been found. Grace that fills the soul with love that lasts through time. Grace that gives His mercy to those in need of a new life. Grace that abides, the purpose of His endless kindness. Grace that stills the darkness with a touch from One who knows … With this grace, this hope – there is love that forever grows! Wherever I go, whatever I do… There is love that brings peace, through and through. Peace to the heart – peace to the soul… Peace that overflows the rivers of grief and woe, Peace that makes me believe in the love that is forever, Love that brings hearts together, assured that – with Him, There is no sin that can destroy the victory within, Victory that comes to those who believe Him, receive Him, And let Him lead them through this life – abolishing strife. Thanks to this man named Jesus, there is a beauty in my soul… Beauty that knows Him as the answer to my every hope – In Him I find my music, my poetry and rhyme – the rhythm of my light, Stirring up joy that knows no question, hope that is beyond describing, Love that leaves my soul feeling like I’m forever filled with wonder, Wonder that comes from knowing – He is bigger than the loudest thunder, He is kinder than the light that reminds me – because He lives, I reflect the beauty that comes from giving Him my life, to do with what He will… Because I know this love, this peace, this grace… I know the meaning of hope. I know the reason that love exists – I know that, through Him, I will never risk… Being without someone who truly is… the reason that my faith will never end! He brings waves of hope, seas of sincerity, oceans of grace and a second chance… To know the One whose love never fades, the One who stirred a soul to write… Amazing Grace, How Great Thou Art, The Old Rugged Cross and Blessed Assurance. Thanks to the love that gave us the Son, I know what it is to have a hope that never leaves, a hope that sings His hymns, a hope that brings me grace… A hope that lifts me up so that I can see the forest for the trees – I can see… Eternity full of peace, eternity full of light, eternity where all will be made right!
