Eternal Hope

Imagine if you faced the grave Would your countenance be brave? What words would your soul bring to bare If you were writing your last page? Does your spirit not give quarrel To the fact that you're a mortal? We weren't meant to die this way Eyes up; step through the portal Believe the word of God Fellow offender of the law Our condemnation bled through Christ And on the cross it's you He saw He saw the things you did and do And still decided to save you Heaven is the gift of God Not a reward for staying true Boasting not that we have changed Though our whole lives be rearranged We are found new within our spirit Awake with everything to gain And as for death and condemnation... It meets its end! It won't remain Our perfect hope! Eternal hope! When Christ comes back again! By Kyle Ezra kriticos

Beautiful writing! Uplifting expression of Spiritual Truth. Christ resides in us...we need only see, open our arms for His ready embrace. Wonderful read to start my weekend. Thank you.

What a beautiful statement of faith Kyle conveyed through your innovative poetic lines "fellow offender of the law," "death...meets its end," "writing your last page." Our life, and hope, in Christ so wonderfully stated in both statements and engaging questions. Thank you for sharing this powerful poem. Sending you many blessings!

"We weren't meant to die this way Eyes up; step through the portal'. Indeed, we are not the ones to die in dread, but to walk holding our heads high to enter into the portals of Heaven! We are inheritors of GOD's infinite grace ! Thanks for sharing your staunch faith with us. Thanks also for your kind visit to my page !
