Through this web
Will you then twist my vision into a perfect blur?
A landscape warped, a world I half perceive,
Like gazing through a rain-streaked silk-screen,
Cut the edges sharp to watch my colors bleed
I ask this not in fear, but in a curious way,
A yearning for a change in how I see,
To break minted realities, you bind me down,
And let gentle chaos set me free
Excellent, pull me under morning's silver water,
Where the light shivers on the shifting tides,
A silent world, a cool, smooth embrace profound,
Leave the surface world for a moment unplanned
Let bubbles rise, like whispers to the sky,
As burdens drift away in watery haze,
And quiet fills the space where worries lie,
A baptism in shadowed, mist-drenched maze
Be sure to make it headfirst, the plunge complete,
No hesitant toe dipped or cautious resolve,
But total surrender to the chilling deep,
A letting go, to watch my anchored self dissolve
Let logic fade, as instinct takes its hold,
And senses sharpen in the liquid gloom,
To find a truth that can't be bought or sold,
A seed of courage sprouting in drowned tomb
Let this immersion quench my every ire,
I will tear through this web, reborn in fire
