Escape
Escape from routines of reality
are wondrous trips to realms of poetry,
where buried thoughts and visions come to be
expressed with chosen words selectively
reflecting well, the heart and soul of me.
Like brilliant jewels are the words I see,
each one, a shining gem placed artfully
to paint emotions that exist, carefree-
reflecting mirrors of life's mystery.
