Escape
The suns awakened soul
Streams it's sleepy rays across the calming lake
Reaching the rocky ledge where i sit
Enjoying the contentment of my morning coffee
As i watch the rippling water,
Splash off the rocks and
Carry it's hitch-hiking sand granules
Back into the sun warmed lake
