Eos - Call of the Dawn

On the seventh ray Of the fourteenth sun Death hath come twofold Arose a Titan in this age Amidst this nimbus looms darkness Betwixt the ash and sage Approach cyclical ritual Dousing wings in feral flames Latent gravidity does surmise For upon my resurrection Eos I shall rise

Thank you for your comment. I truly appreciate your words and your warm welcome. Eos, is actually a Titan goddess of the dawn. This write was a challenge write about what city I am from. I am from Phoenix, Arizona. There are so many poems about the Phoenix I wanted to put a different twist on things. Thank you though for your kind words.
