Enigma - contest

I'm a conundrum. Or an enigma. I forget which - James A Owens Take the fog It feels it knows you You walk headlong into it Intermingle, but non the wiser Despite the dampness on your skin Zephyrs, sweet, warm zephers Reminisce, aching reminisce Brushes past Leaves you longing Distracted Riddles, frisson Sparks fly in brains Yet... All sensations stop We must be sensible Bathed in moonlight Oh so lonesome Hearts across galaxies Surely sensing Each. Other Opposite directions Heading elsewhere Forgetting days Nights obscured Lights flash on and off I've not figured it out That moment of knowing Stilled. Instant. Then lost Deciphered code Always just out of reach

DD the wonderful freedom of your imagination is on full display here....can transit galaxies, cross the gulfs of human emotion. The last line imparting a sense of sadness...almost the pleasant ache found in Japanese literary tradition.

Quantum entanglement Dilly, were one particle can influence another instantaneously, no matter the distance even light years between them, I sense something of that nature happening right here in your wonderful poem, it’s certainly one for the deep enigmatic thinker, intriguing as ever, cheers David

I do like it when I accidentally get science and emotions blurred. I'll have to try writing my own cross reference guide one day - if indeed there are words
