Our eyes meet Glimpse most brief Speed yet greets Our plain grief Our sad tale Once lost here Now in burst veil In awkward spheres Now way past old We stare in daze As blindness holds An odd vain craze. Soon off we go To chapters fresh And rightly so In present dash There lingers loud Old echoes trace A posture proud A broken space Leon Enriquez 29 November 2017 Singapore
