Empty Bed Drifting Life

You are not here rising beside me. The folds of my blankets lack evidence of your long precious lochs. No scent from your skin lingers in the corners of my deserted room. You have become a sultry voice carried through countless cell towers. Professed love travels the distance. I live in the massive gap, feeding on intentions and not your body. I savagely battle the loneliness hourly, concentrating on the paradise of your arrival. Until our meeting, I am but a drifter, unanchored in quiet, restless solitude, a confused beggar of unseen delights. I need the rescue of your company, the erotic touch of your pleasurable hands. Please grace me with your loving smile. Shower my life with your given talents. Fuse our lives on a mutual path.
