Robert, I am sorry to hear you have lost your friend. Though you have not mentioned her age, it sounds as if she passed away well before her time. It is one thing to lose someone who is over 80, but it is so different to lose someone who is under 60, especially a soul sister... my heart goes out to you. As soon as you can, bring out her letters and cards and notes. They will hurt to read, but they will also comfort! Your bond was real. The pain is no less real. It will take time...
