Eight Lines of Spooky
She felt an invisible hand go up her back when she turned sleepy.
If she had not been sitting alone it would have been less creepy.
Her familiar, Poindexter hissed, screeched and ran off…validation.
It took every ounce of her strength to stay but with tribulation.
What do you want? She asked the entity whom she could not see.
There was no answer except for a fierce grip that held her down tight.
Halloween night always brought ghouls ghosts and goblins to thee.
Dog barked and ran off too, a sure sign it was going to be a rough night.
