Easter 2018 - For Contest

I'm sitting here in my flannel pajamas, anticipating Sunday's snow. A hardship? Not really, but an inconvenience when the girls want to wear their fancy dresses with the stiff and scratchy petticoats, and the boys want to wear their Easter outfits of pinks and baby blues, and all Target sells these days is shorts for boys, so their chubby legs will be red from the cold harsh winds that come with snow. I am not concerned about the boys and girls, really. They know what's happening; they know weather is only temporary, because children always KNOW. They know God, and they know Jesus, and they know EASTER, because they are not earth creatures, they are spiritual creatures, made somewhere else first, and their memories are not so far away from our source, our Father, our Oneness of self. And if they did not grow up with Jesus, they still know Easter, and they still believe in the goodness of humanity, because no matter what spirituality or religion is brought to the table by their parents, they see faith and love in action, and they KNOW. When I see the anger and the rage and the political disagreements that are tearing up America, I am not concerned because I see the children, and they are ready to say "NO MORE!" like Jesus, they will stand in front of us and protect us from ourselves. It has always been the Little Children, Jesus knew that, and so do we. No matter what background or values or beliefs we have, we all know the little children will always lead. And so they do....

Thank you Robertina. If there was ever anyone who wanted to stand up and save the children, it is me. I have wanted to have an orphanage and a home for unwed mothers since I was 8 years old, and I did not even know about unwed mothers yet. I just knew women would come and have babies there, and we would all love and take care of each other. We still need this, Robertina.

Thank you, Line. I threw this onto the paper out of sheer love and respect and joy for the world.
