Dream

Is beauty a choice? Is it our loudest voice? Does it render us true tender? Is it the greatest offender? Does it know its roll? Does it pay our toll? Does it not leave us wanting more? Does it not expose our soul? It might be enough for some Displayed for a group of one It will be there when you return To the point you last confirmed That it was all they cared to see with you trying to explain "it was me." Taken was all divine In that moment you cannot find You held it like a sign Projecting to show its time.
