Double Tornado

.
Cottonwood Tree stood
By a deep gully
Precariouly bent
Until tornado
Shook it to its core

The strong winds blew
Destroyed leaves
Some limbs broken
Roots were strong deep

Tornado
Shook to depth
Of belief

Tree stands
Tall Still

Saved

I recall a terrible storm where trees were uprooted and split in two in my city, it was heartbreaking to see those trees destroyed, I loved you poem because the tree stands tall still, saved!!

A nice example of a diminished hexaverse. I submitted one titled "Craps" just the other day.
