Doobie-Da-Doo

Doobie-da-doo I love you a little and I like you a lot. My heart is scared of being brittle, But I will give you all that I have got. I know nothing about your desires, or the things that you like, But if you give me a shot of your fire, I will enchant you with all of my might. I am not a strong man, but I will try to pick you up. I am not really a clever man, but all my thoughts of you are good. I want to love you like my chosen desire. It is you I need to lift my hopes even higher. I need you to help me to rise up into the blue. If you don’t like my music, I will forget about you. Or maybe you and I will connect in an open-minded-way. I hope you don’t mind but I’m heading your way. Let us find out together if we have a future together. For better or worse, I will try to make you better, For with you I could happily waste my time; Day dreaming of you fills my heart and mind. So when I have no rhymes left to say to you, I will say goodbye with a doobie-da-doo. (C)2019 Aa Harvey. All Rights Reserved.
