Do We Speak Your Language
Charmed, I’m sure
We would be taken back now, to hear this
Guessing the speaker to be ancient
As this is a language no longer spoken.

What happened to your welcome?
I asked an 8-year-old how he felt.
He said “I feel dope.”
The language is in the truth telling.
I have no idea what dope means in this context.
Stop right there.
Do I truly want to know? Probably not.
