Discontent

My spring was vigorous, but my handsomeness- vanished in fall... revealing age.

A very compelling poem, Mr. Crisci. I enjoyed reading it. The voice in the poem paid his dues in fall for all the fun and activity he had in spring. Which is symbolic of the human body and our seasons of life too. We pay in our aging years for the football or water skiing that we had fun doing in our youth. This was a thought provoking poem.
