Devotion Poem **This Waltz** I believe this waltz is yours, my darling, As you commanded the band to “Play!” And the opals to hang from this ballroom’s ceiling Like stars spellbinding shinning to display Again our coupled dance of circles around Heaven in such joy-dreamed lives as we’ve found. Take my hand and embrace my waist that waits for you To begin this evening’s waltz — as history’s true lovers knew Will dissolve the floor and renew Our magic to send all the others off enroute To Otherwise…As here we two Glide by this waltz into a wild as few others ever do.
