Devil's ocean

Im hearing voices in my head, all muffled is the sound Can't make out the words they've said, Yet I'm surely set to drown. Plug my ears to disrupt the waves, As torturous tides begin to pull me in. Lost within these endless caves. From chaos, a life of sin. Riptides calling me further out, Into a sea of endless despair. Nothing attempted; not a scream nor a shout. Is heard there's no one there. the roaring chaos of the storm is quieted to a hymn God plucked me from the wreckage, and saved me from the swim.

So, great job Ms. Jenna Clarke, although I will be helping someone in mental health, Nick Dandridge, I wrote a poem for him. I feel sorry for him, it's like he does not have a life. He has Schizophrenia mental illness so they tend to forget. I too have mental illness of Depression because I could not do the things I used to. Due to my tragic car accident on Oct. 11, 1999. But I'm not like other mental illness patients. U can check out my poems, choose from before. Thanks. ~Jac

Yey, Jenna, great job! I don't quite understand what it is but it's a Sonnet poem. Now u can try a lot like Quatrain-4 lines poem or a Stanza, A Couplet or a 2 lines poem, it can be a 2 lines or 15 Couplets with a refrain line then u have Ghazal, try it, also Light Verse, Limerick there's a lot u can do, Great job, girl, how old r u? I'm 46, u? ~Jac
