Determination

She patiently examines each handful, inspecting it for special stone she's lost. Noticing all the rocks she holds are dull, she patiently examines each handful while calling herself a stupid numskull. Knowing how much the diamond must have cost, she patiently examines each handful, inspecting it for special stone she's lost. by: Joyce Johnson Written for contest "In the Afterglow"

Great triolet, Joyce. That's a unique take on the photo and I'm sure you'll do well in the contest. I'd be feeling very badly if I lost a diamond. You work very well in this form that's difficult for me. Best wishes for success! Love, Carolyn
