Deep Thoughts

As I walk along this road I come across another It is shaped like a ? Out loud ..I say- Why is this road there? Should I travel it? Out loud - - I say " I don't know" Then walk away As I leave- I ponder What would happen If I did? I will never know Because I walked away I did not get too far I decided to walk the ? road after all. To see what is there

Definitely a deep thought. I often think about such things - the what ifs in life. Never know until you decide to take the path - but who knows? I like that you leave us (the reader) wondering what happened. Beautiful thoughts here, Darlene. A nice little narrative. Always, Laura

Ah to hell with it...I say turn back and walk the fork'n road. Danger? What's life for? To remain locked away and safe all the time. Sometimes it pays to take a risk. Remove the detour sign, remain alert. Adventure.x

"The road not taken" - this is along those same lines, just as we all (I would think) have pondered our lives direction vs the impact of what if had we taken another direction.
