Dear Son

A simple poem I write for you, my son. Although you were an ornery little boy, you grew up great! Just look at all you've done, and know, dear son, that you have brought me joy. You served as a Marine, then studied law. A family you've raised. You've plenty of great skills and humor, and I am in awe of you, dear son; I send you all my love. 3/20/23 For A Simple Poetry Contest Poetry Contest Sponsor: John Lawless

A kiss and a big hug within a poem. Moving and so touching. He sounds smart and dignified, you're very fortunate mom.

Only a proud parent would rejoice in her children. Such a great mother you are, Andrea. Beautiful.

Nothing like a proud mother bragging on her kids. LOL He probably owes it all to his mom but we'll skip around that. Good read, Andy. He's a lucky boy/man:)
