Darkness
I awake the the dark,
in the distance I hear a dog bark.
I reach out and feel only wood,
this I know can be no good.
I run my hands all around,
nothing but wood is to be found.
I cannot sit up or move,
all around is simply smooth.
I strike my lighter to try and see,
no one is here only me.
In a box under ground,
where I fear never to be found.
I start to scream and try to fight,
only to hear his delight.
A camera there has to be,
so then I start to cry and plea.
The only answer that I get,
is his laughter a little bit.
I try to struggle and fight,
only to know I'll die tonight.
I scratch and dig into the wood,
it didn't help like I thought it could.
My nails are broken and start to bleed,
who could do such an evil deed?
I pound with my fists,
as my eyes start to mist.
I feel despair start to grow,
as my panic starts to show.
I gasp and try to breathe,
more oxygen is what I need.
Everything starts to go black,
my voice starts to crack.
I struggle to draw my last breath,
he laughs and says that's what I get.
As my spirit slips away,
with another murder he got away.
