Dark Sensations
Dark Sensations
My Darkness, my Darkness, is closing in.
Whispering sensations across my skin.
The craving for that blissful kiss,
My mind's distracted with the mess,
My darkness doesn’t have to tell me twice,
To get my pain relief I must roll the dice,
Will it be the pills that kill me from within?
The blade that slices up my skin?
Or maybe the rope that dangles around my neck?
I just don’t know, my mind’s a wreck.
I need your voice to tell me no,
Because I’ve got no place to go.
Darkness so loud I can’t hear you,
Screaming for me to come back to.
So I roll the dice, I get a ten,
Either way, my Darkness wins.
