Oh, dear ragged little sunshine-blossomed weed
Charming from thy sprout to wispy seed
Cursed to pester garden kings
Still, your fairness sings
Urchin, bright
Buttoned
Up each night
Roots to test a smile
Yet your fuzzy fronds beguile
Vexing bursts of butter on my lawn
How I wish for it, then miss you when you're gone.
