Dancing With Twilight
She skipped over puddles to where she could dance,
twirling around for a second chance
Under white pearly skies at twilight
one foot in each season, things came in sight
Then, the sky began to swirl and glow
She reached with her arms and stood tip toe
A delicate balance is all it would take
to feel a new season's peace beyond past heartache
Slowly, the next season took her hand
Instead of falling, her inner will said, stand
At a time of uncertainty, she chooses to be
Dancing with twilight in the next memory
