Dancing Through Life Tango

Let me dance a slow dance with time skipping and hopping in a straight line without twists or turns, without pocks in the sidewalk to trip, fall down and bruise-up Your child's knees. Let me dance, jump and pirouette with hip-hop soft-shoe tap dancing; maybe a tango, maybe a waltz, maybe a drum-line, maybe a march, maybe a cha-cha-cha, maybe a rumba~ all the way into the Grandest Ballroom.

I enjoyed the energy and upbeat nature of your poem. I liked "let me slow dance with time." I yearn to do that. Splendid poem...have a great evening, Sara
