Dancing Through Life

Let me dance a slow dance with time skipping and hopping in a straight line without twists or turns, without pocks in the sidewalk to trip, fall down and bruise-up this child's knees. Let me dance, jump and pirouette with hip-hop soft-shoe tap dancing; maybe a tango, maybe a waltz, maybe a drum-line, maybe a march, maybe a cha-cha-cha, maybe a rumba~ all the way into the Grandest Ballroom.

I hear the music, I'm ready to dance.this is a very lovely poem. It has rhythm and energy. It's to the point but bombastic.
