I plopped a moonbeam in a cup Poured in soft stardust - stirred it up Then gave that potion straight to you Now your eyes ... are moonlight blue (And what's more, they sparkle, too) Thus in your gaze the heavens dance One sweet libation ... a true romance! ~ 1st Place ~ in the "Love Potion" Poetry Contest, Julia Ward, Judge & Sponsor. ~ 3rd Place ~ in the "Surreal and Daft" Poetry Contest, Kevin Shaw, Judge & Sponsor.

I loved this incredible write Greg! This is such a tremendous poem my friend! I truly loved reading this amazing piece this afternoon, when I'm supposed to be doing exercises I have been on the computer (I'm mad at the therapist right now!)! He's not in the room of course, he's down the hall talking to all the female nurses! Ok, I'm done ranting! What a brilliant poem, Great Work!!

So you're a disgruntled patient, huh, lol?? This made me smile, Buddy - not because you're angry, but because this reminds me of myself, lol. Thanks SO much for the wonderful comment! I was telling someone about you today - my new friend who brings me sunshine - and I read my elderly mom this comment ... she said "That sounds like YOU!" :-) Blessings, my friend, and keep up the healing work!
